You Don't Have To Figure It Out Alone
Some relationships leave us questioning ourselves.
Maybe you've found yourself walking on eggshells, constantly second-guessing your instincts, or trying to make sense of behavior that felt confusing, controlling, hurtful, or impossible to explain to others. Maybe the relationship has ended, or maybe you're still living in the middle of it.
Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome here.
This group is a space for people who have experienced difficult, unhealthy, controlling, confusing, or harmful relationships to come together in community. It's a place to share experiences, gain perspective, learn from others, and find support from people who understand the kinds of challenges that can be difficult to explain to those who haven't lived them.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You don't need to be "healed." You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for.
You only need to show up.

Come As You Are
There are no expectations about where you should be in your healing process.
Whether you've recently begun questioning a relationship, are actively navigating difficult circumstances, or have been working on your recovery for years, you are welcome.
Participation is always your choice. Some people come ready to share. Others prefer to listen. Both are valuable.
Life is busy and healing isn't linear. Attend when you can, take what is helpful, and allow yourself the flexibility to engage in the way that best supports you.

Why Community Matters
One of the most common experiences after a difficult relationship is feeling isolated—like no one could possibly understand what you've been through.
The truth is that many people have walked similar paths.
Healing often happens in connection. When we hear our experiences reflected in others, gain new perspectives, and receive understanding without judgment, it becomes easier to trust ourselves, reclaim our voice, and move forward with greater clarity.
You don't have to carry it all by yourself.
We'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Join us on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month and connect with others who are creating healthier, more grounded relationships—with others and with themselves.
